Capella University Violates Court Rules AGAIN!

That's right, Capella University and their shysters, including Sir Chrisy the Sissy (H. Christian L'Orange) and Capella Stella Fey Epling - both of whom hail from the "law firm" (and one of Capella's Congressional Lobbyists), along with their in-house shysters - Greg Thom and Priscilla McNulty (Prissy the Sissy?) have, once again VIOLATED the rules of a Federal Court! One would think that at least one, of these four shysters would be capable of abiding by the rules. Of course, their latest unethical stunt doesn't surprise us in the least - after all, they've done it before! Here are some examples:

1. Capella University and their sleaze team from Drinker Biddle & Reath botched their very first filing with the court (September 7, 2005) by failing to submit all of the required documents and is threatened with sanctions!
2. The sleaze team tries to pull the wool over court's eyes by using a font size that was too small - in violation of the courts rules.
3. Capella and the shysters fail to file Proof of Service (January 30, 2006) and is, again, threatened with sanctions!
4. Sir Chrisy the Sissy tries to sneak in a letter to the judge (August 13, 2007) - in BLATANT VIOLATION of several of the Court's rules. The court rightfully RETURNS the letter to Capella and notes at least FIVE (5) of the rules that were violated!

Of course, the above are only a few of the actions of Capella University and their shysters - there have been many other intentional acts of dishonest, such as lying in signed declarations, failing to file declarations properly, and much, much more.

The next major action to be taken against Capella University will be to demand sanctions against them if (when) they fail to turn over all documents demanding under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (which were demanded THREE YEARS ago) as well as those demanded under formal demands made (more than EIGHT MONTHS ago) under the discovery process pertaining to the lawsuit that's pending in Federal Court.
