Declarations Submitted to the Court by Capella's Goons
These include some of the most amusing materials on this site! In them, it is painfully obvious that Capella's employees and supporters actively engage in lying to the court - under penalty of perjury - and fabricate some of the most outlandish lies imaginable! We encourage all visitors to view this drivel for a good laugh! Be sure to read our Declarations from Capella Goons section today!

Current News:
- June 21, 2006 - One of Capella University's attorneys, H. Christian L'Orange (Sir Chrissy the Sissy) had a meltdown because he didn't get his way. Boohoo!
- March 1, 2006 -
An appeal regarding the lower (district) court's decisions
pertaining to Capella University's frivolous countersuit has been
filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
More details will be provided as they are available.
- November 1, 2005 - Even with additional time,
Capella's "Dream Team" fails to turn over all documents
with their latest response. Disgusting.
- September 6, 2005 - Capella's "Dream Team"
waits until the last possible moment of their extension, to respond.
Their response is so hilarious that we've added a special multimedia
presentation for our comment on it. Please note that our
presentation will play an MP3 file. Enjoy!
- August 9, 2005 - Capella University missed
their first deadline to respond to the lawsuit as required by
the court - they were supposed to respond by August 4, 2005 and
court records now show that they've asked for "extended time
to answer the complaint." Capella now has until September
6, 2005. Doesn't look like they're off to a good start. Then again,
it will be impossible for them to prove that Capella did not intentionally
violate all of laws mentioned in the lawsuit, along with other
related laws. Guess Capella's attorney, Stella Fey Epling, of
the Law Offices of Drinker Biddle & Reath, is having trouble
trying to figure out how to represent Capella. Just as interesting
is that Capella's Chief Shyster, Greg Thom,
who won't be able to represent Capella because he's been named
in the lawsuit. Oh well. . .
- July 15, 2005 - Capella University was served
with the lawsuit on July 15th 2005 at 12:15 P.M.
- July 21, 2005 - Where's Diane
Stottlemyer? The instructor at the center of the lawsuit,
Diane Stottlemyer (the one who bought her "degrees"
from a diploma mill and was allowed, by Capella to teach, even
though they were fully aware of the situation, has suddenly disappeared
off of Capella's web site. Has she been fired (at last)? If so,
why haven't the others who have supported her for so long also
been fired? These would include: Karen
Viechnicki, Kurt Linberg, Greg
Thom, and others.
- July 21, 2005 - Capella's Cheerleader, Shawn
Ambrose, has been unusually quiet since the lawsuit was filed
(we suspect that Capella's counsel
must have put a cork in him. Even so, we can't help but wonder
if he has now enlisted a buddy, Robert Evans,
to continue his attacks for him.
